Materials: SNIGLAR crib
I’ve been wanting to sell this cot I’ve barely used since a years back, but being one without an adjustable height, plus its large size made it difficult for sale. Slashing price doesn’t bring much enquiries, mostly turned away due to the inconvenience of transportation. So. I decided to do my 1st hacking operation – use it as a shelf!
The biggest challenge was finding the right size of board/plank that would fit neatly into the spines of the cot.
After rummaging through my storeroom for scraps, I finally chanced upon a white board (older than the cot!) with the exact same width! only the length needed trimming.
With a set of 4 castors on the side , tilt it up and voila! Slot the shelf in the middle, and you have a new piece of mini garage shelving! NEAT! (spines of the cot are now used for hanging like umbrellas )
