Materials: Capita legs, drawer fronts (name unknown)
Found a load of drawer fronts at IKEA over the weekend for 50 cents each and thought they’d make excellent shelves for my CDs without me having to buy and saw wood to fit. I have NO DIY skills.
Capita legs are simply screwed onto the middle and each end of the drawer fronts.
Each part of the shelf is essentially an individual shelf that rests on the one below. Each shelf is also attached to the wall with a little L shaped bracket – this is essential.
Works a treat and I still have another 22 drawer fronts to build another 2 units which will just about hold he rest of the CDs we have.
Each shelf cost €3.50
